For over 10 years I have been involved with our local pregnancy resource center’s post-abortion recovery program. Our particular program is called RESTORE: Life After Abortion. Lead only by post-abortive women, this group comes along side of women who are hurting or struggling from a past abortion(s). We gently and compassionately walk these women through the healing and grieving process that most of them never got to experience at the time of their abortion(s). Going through this program made a huge impact on my life! It has been pure joy to walk along side others and watch them trade their sorrow for joy; trade their ashes for beauty.

Personally, I have participated in 2 separate studies within this program. “Forgiven and Set Free” was the study that I used when I was set free from the pain and shame of my abortion. We currently use “Surrendering the Secret” and have seen so many lives transformed through this study. Both studies are life changing!
